The shape

A 1:1 Conscious Connected Breathwork session, scheduled around you.

A private session uses the same Conscious Connected Breathing practice as the group circles, paced to your nervous system and oriented around whatever you walked into the room with. Most sessions are 75 to 90 minutes including the intake and integration. The room is the same. Small, sober, quiet.

Private sessions tend to be useful when the work you’re doing is specific. A date, a decision, a relational reset, something you’d rather not share in a group room. If you’re unsure whether to book a circle or a 1:1, send a note through the contact form.

    Intake.

    A short conversation before the session to name what you're working with, set an intention, and answer any questions about the practice.

    Breathe.

    A guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session, paced to your nervous system and the work you came in with.

    Integrate.

    Quiet journaling, a few minutes of conversation, and a couple of small practices to take home.
