The Circle of Breath

Privacy

What we keep, what we don't.

A short, plain-English summary of how your data moves through this site.

A silhouette at sunrise on a quiet horizon.

Booking and payment

When you reserve a seat, we collect your name, email, and the booking-specific details you enter (dietary, accessibility, first-circle status, anything you wrote in the notes). We store those in our booking database so the facilitator can run the evening and so you can find your booking later.

Card payment is processed by Stripe under their privacy policy. We never see your card details; only the masked last-four and the Stripe reference id are stored on your order. Transactional email (confirmation, reminders, refund notices) is sent through Resend.

This website

We use Google Analytics 4 in privacy-friendly mode (anonymised IP) to understand which pages get traffic and how the booking funnel performs. We do not run an advertising pixel and we do not sell or share your data with marketers.

When you submit the contact form, your message is sent directly to the facilitator’s inbox. We don’t store contact- form messages on the site.

What’s said in a circle

The first rule of the room is confidentiality. What is said in the circle stays in the circle. We treat the contents of any sharing round as private. They are not recorded, transcribed, or repeated outside the room.
